WHAT AN EXPERIENCE IN PANAMA!!!

Tabea BÖttcher of Germany agrees. "I wanted to strengthen my relationship with God, this was my first desire. I also wanted to get to know another country very well and also the people. Both of my expectations have been fulfilled. We lived with the people, we ate the same food, and learned a little bit of Spanish, I REALLY liked this experience! We were with an Indigenous Tribe (GNÖBE BUGLË) and we gave always candies to the kids after the program. They kept [those candies] like a treasure in their little fingers because they are so poor. This really touched my heart.  I thought about how much luxury I grew up in compared to these kids, and I was thankful not only for that, but just to see how the people live in those villages. I wondered if it was really necessary to have all the luxury I'm used to.

"The OM TEAM really cared for us and were such a great blessing. They were like family! I liked the training we had before the outreach started. I now have new ideas for my home country, using the evangelism [methods] that I have learned. I also had much time with God. Many times when there were difficult situations I could observe that He always gave us what we needed in time!"

Another team member, Mirjam Kindler of Switzerland, summarizes: "I learned in these two wonderful months more about God that I ever learned.-What it means to trust in Him, to speak with Him, and how powerful prayer is. Thank you for offering me this trip!"

"When I signed for this mission trip, I expected to have an experience in mission, grow in my faith, learn more about our Lord Jesus, and have an adventure on the mountains," relates EXTREME team member Alexis Bourgeois of France/Switzerland. "I want to tell you that I´m absolutely SATISFIED! This was a wonderful experience for me."
 

How amazing is to see God using simple people to work and bless others in such a short time.
