“May God bless those who protect nature!"

Ukraine | OM International

Although the Swiss/Ukrainian team had hoped to fix the fence of a poor woman and paint the fence of Orshiv cemetery, they ended up collecting huge mounds of rubbish in the forest due to the rain. Passer-byers were amazed to see foreigners collecting rubbish, giving the Ukrainian participants opportunity to share their motivation with them. Igor, one of the local youth was so motivated by the campaign that a few days later he put up big flyers where the rubbish had been: “May God bless those who protect nature!” During the outreach, a drunken young man also started to help. On the second day he returned, this time more or less sober. Nikolay and Tetyana were able to share the Gospel with him, and were encouraged to see Ivan listening so attentively. Pray that the seeds sown would grow and bring fruit.
