Surprise!

Ships | OM International

Children at the Sihanoukville Children’s Home greeted Doulos crew warmly by leading them by the hand around the orphanage. The kids living at Sihanoukville Children’s Home get food and education and are raised to live by good moral standards. Once the children graduate from high school, local church sponsors help them go to a university for a better chance at life. After the crew sang songs, played a game, read a children’s story, and coloured with the little ones, the Doulos volunteers brought out a surprise. Eighty-three gift packs of stationary sets were given to all, from the little ones, aged three years, to the mature eighteen year-olds. “THANK YOU!” chanted the kids with coloured pencils in hand and smiles from the heart.

Praise God for the children’s home that helps give these children a hope and a future. Pray that God meet their needs and protect the children and workers in the home. Pray for the rest of Doulos’ visit in Cambodia.
