7+7+7 = Transit Challenge on the road this month!

OM International

7 people in 7 countries for 7 months gathered at OM Lifehope (UK) for four weeks of orientation and training this month. Lisa Ellis (UK) heads up the team from Germany, England, Australia, Japan and Swizerland.

The three weeks Toolkit Programme, offered by OM Lifehope for all new OMers joining their programme, included an Adventure week. Mid-February, the Transit Challenge team leaves for Belgium, Germany, Italy, Balkans, Moldova and Austria, where activities include youth and children's work, sports ministry, open airs, visitation, literature distribution and community projects appropriate to the local culture and long-term strategy of local OM teams.

The 7 months wrap up with Transform 2010, a week-long conference in Rome where hundreds of young people will gather to train and serve together in countries around the Mediterranean Sea from 19-24 July 2010.
