Dan and Suzie Potter joined 72 teenagers for an amazing week of TeenStreet in Queensland, Australia. On Wednesday and Thursday nights after the worship time, teens were given the option to stay and pray instead of going to the interactive activities. About 20 teens stayed and prayed for their families, friends and the rest of TeenStreet.

A key component to the success of the camp was the committed group of leaders who love God and served the teens. “I want to thank you and the team for an excellent camp,” said one mother after her son gave his life to the Lord at the bonfire. “He is a different boy! While we had no issues [before], he is a God-focused man in the making!”

One teen commented, “Before camp, God was like my Facebook friend. He was on my list, but I wouldn’t really talk to Him. This camp has made me realise that He wants me to build a strong relationship with Him.” Another teen added, “God is running my life now. Before He was just on the side, but now He is on the inside and now I am living for Jesus.”

Praise God for the lives changed at TeenStreet Queensland! Pray that these teens will remain strong in faith during their daily life. Pray for the teens that will be travelling throughout Europe in the next few weeks to participate in TeenStreet Germany from 29 July – 4 August.

ADOLESCENTES ENTUSIASMADOS CON CRISTO – Australia
Dan y Suzie Potter se unieron a los 72 adolescentes para tener una espectacular semana durante TeenStreet en Queensland, Australia. El Miércoles y Jueves de esa semana, por las noches después del tiempo de adoración, se les dio la oportunidad a los participantes para quedarse y orar en lugar de salir y participar de actividades de interacción. Alrededor de 20 adolescentes se quedaron y oraron por sus familias, amigos y el resto de los participantes de TeenStreet.

Una clave del éxito del campamento fue contar con un grupo de líderes comprometidos quienes aman a Dios y sirven a los adolescentes. “Quiero agradecerte a ti y al equipo por un campamento excelente”, dijo una madre luego que su hijo entregue su vida al Señor alrededor de una fogata.

Un adolescente comentó que, “antes del campamento, Dios era como uno de mis amigos de Facebook. Estaba en la lista, pero yo no hablaba con Él. Este campamento me hizo dar cuenta que quiere que yo tenga una estrecha relación con Él.” Otro adolescente agregó: “Dios está a cargo de mi vida ahora. Antes Él sólo estaba a un lado, pero ahora está dentro mío y quiero vivir para Jesús.”

¡Alaba a Dios por las vidas cambiadas durante TeenStreet en Queensland! Ora para que estos adolescentes permanezcan fuertes en la fe en sus vidas diarias. Ora por los adolescentes que viajarán a través de Europa para participar de TeenStreet Alemania del 29 de Julio al 4 de Agosto.
