OM EAST’s Literature and Media ministry is looking for a bookkeeper to support their work of bringing hope to people groups throughout Eurasia.

OM EAST needs you to manage their financial transactions to ensure the smooth running and continuation of OM EAST’s ministries. As you work in finance, you are releasing a team of graphic designers to publish print and digital media for diverse people groups. Based near Vienna, you can be a part of strengthening churches and bringing hope to least reached groups in Eurasia.

Bookkeeper’s responsibilities:
• Manage bank transfers.
• Manage petty cash and overall cash flows.
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
• Prepare financial summaries and reports, including statements for the annual external audit.
• Fulfill requirements of OM EAST’s financial policy.

Bookkeeper’s knowledge, skills and experience:
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Very good administrative skills and attention to detail.
