Educators

The Educators will be part of our OM MTI teams in either Cambodia, Thai Myanmar Border or one of the country in Southeast Asia, serving in educational transformational development projects together with the OM national fields.

Requirements

The Educationists will be a member of our OM MTI education team across Southeast Asia, but specifically in Cambodia, the Thai Myanmar Border or one of the country in Southeast Asia He/she will be responsible for teaching English to the youths and children attending various OM education transformational development projects, and also to equip local staff to run these projects. OM MTI is seeking more educationists so that we may expand our OM education transformational development ministries to across Southeast Asia. There are many opportunities for discipleship and mentoring of the youths and children.

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

A Christmas Party to Remember

Kalene Lua is the Communications and Fundraising Manager in OM Mercy Teams International (MTI). OM MTI operates a school, the School of Mercy for 130 internally displaced Mon and Karen children in a village at the Thailand-Myanmar Border. She visited the school in December 2016 with a team of six adults and seven children. They helped to pack 300 gift bags for a Christmas party in the community. Here, she shares her experience during the Christmas party.
