Requirements

OMP has a lot of opportunities and challenges. Our country has thousands of churches and a lot of them have church members who wants to serve as workers in missions.  OMP needs someone who can develop new and creative projects that are sustainable support for workers in missions and be able to communicate this to the local churches.

We are looking for someone who:
- is a good communicator in English.
- has some business knowledge and skill;
- is a good motivator and mobiliser
- is a teacher
- is creative thinker
- has a heart to see churches mobilised for missions

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
