Requirements

OM Kosovo partners with a local NGO that provides care for survivors of abuse, as well as works in prevention among families and youth at risk. We have seen how the arts and creativity play an important role in the healing of women and children who have experienced trauma. Through the aftercare program we provide counselling and psychotherapy, as well as education and skills training for adults and children. However, we want someone who can specialise in bringing healing through the arts, whether it be visual art, dance, music, drama, etc. We also think the arts could be incorporated into our prevention work with youth at risk.

If you’d like to put your creativity to use among those who have experienced trauma or poverty, then Kosovo could be a good fit for you! All team members participate not only in the social project but also in holistic team ministry, engaging with the practical and spiritual needs of our community.
