Personnel Officer

We are looking for a Field Personnel Officer to facilitate the recruitment and placement of new recruits and to support the field leader to ensure the health and well-being of the team.

Requirements

Requirements:
 is spiritually mature and has a servant’s heart
 a team player with ability to work independently and adapt to changes
 has good judgment and discretion with people and information
 is a good communicator, networker and an encourager
 has basic computer skills and the ability to build relationships through email and online conferencing, besides face-to-face interactions
 has good written and verbal English communication skills
 persons bi-lingual in English and Chinese preferred.
 previous experience in Personnel preferred
 previous OM experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
 attend meetings in team or national events whenever required by supervisor

2-3 Years
