Member Care Manager

OM Ukraine is seeking an individual with a passion for missions and missionaries. We seek a person with a great love for their fellow Christians, and who desires to assist, counsel and provide spiritual care for our missionaries as they serve God in this country.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English
Able to use basic computer software
Must be willing to learn Russian
Must have a social work/counselling background
Familiarity with the documents ‘Counselling in OM’ and ‘Doing Member Care Well’, as well as other resources found in the Member Care/Personnel folders on Caleb
Understanding of the history and structure of the field

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
