Training Officer for Latin America

Are you passionate about equipping people and preparing them to thrive in the least reached places of this world?

The OM Latin America Area Leadership is looking for a person who can serve as a Training Officer for OM Latin America and help coordinate our training efforts for missionaries wanting to serve with OM. Our vision is to send 2000 Latinos that will not be ready to not only survive but thrive in difficult environments.


As we embark in a new strategy for the future of OM in Latin America, this role is a very vital one in supporting our strategy to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers amongst the least reached, to see 2000 latinos prepared to take on the challenge and finish the task.

This role includes: Coordinating training efforts throughout the continent, communicating and coordinating the work in the different training centers, helping start-up new training initiatives, help fields find creative training alternatives for people in all walks of life, work together with receiving making sure the training efforts are relevant to the needs on the field and much more.

Mature Christian
Organizational and administratives skills
Training/teaching experience
Good communication skills
Flexible and adaptable 
Proficient in English 
Proficient in Spanish (or willing to learn) 
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
Able to take initiative
Good networker
Availability to travel

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
