Creative fundraising for relief & development as well as for evangelistic outreaches in partnership with small church planting projects in the southern and eastern parts of Romania. While there are many believers and strong evangelical churches in Transylvania, people in the Wallachia, Dobruja and Moldavia areas are still poor and almost unevangelized. You will be part of a church planting team that brings God’s love and mercy to those who don’t yet know how to follow Jesus Christ.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and preferably additional languages
• Willingness to intensively study Romanian
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to produce and manage written and graphic information from different projects to support a regular stream of funding applications and reports to donors and other partners
• Flexibility and patience
• Readiness to learn more about the culture through exploration, training, and observation
• Enjoy travelling and meeting new people
