A role for networkers and organisers, to keep communications clear and build up effective ministries to support refugees.
In serving refugees, OM works both independently and in a supporting role to other organisations and local churches. We need someone to oversee the threads of these different projects: this role involves building/maintaining relationships with organisations and NGOs involved in work with refugees, and overseeing and managing the work, as well as developing new projects.
Projects curently include relief of practical need (clothing, food, etc), camp visits, children’s programmes, language lessons, downtown centres and more.
You will need:
• Clear communication skills, both spoken and written
• To be able to work well in across-cultural context
• Networking skills
• Organisational skills
• Diplomacy and patience
• Fluent Greek or English and willingness to learn the other language
• Experience in ministry

After the Transform 2019 conference, outreach teams were sent out to different parts of Greece, and to Romania, Albania and Turkey. This report gives a glimpse of what they experienced.
The 9th Transform missions conference gathered close to 150 people from five continents and 30 countries, under the theme 'Unleashed'.
