One of OM Greece’s partner organisations has a shelter and recovery programme for women who have survived trafficking/exploitation. A couple of their ladies are native Arabic speakers with no English or Greek. We are looking for a *female* translator, with experience translating, to help these ladies fully follow the programme.
This role is only for a woman
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Experience in clear translation (i.e no tendency to edit!)
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 1 year of service.
Knowledge of other languages (though not necessarily the ability to translate in them) is a plus, especially French, Greek.
A cooperative team player
A small part of every OMer’s work hours in Greece are spent in the OM office.
