• Application - Complete and submit online application and give 2 contacts for Church/Pastoral Reference
• Application Fee - submit to offset the expenses of assessment tools and resources

• Assign you to a Coordinator who will walk with you through the remainder of the application process.
• Review your application
• Determine appropriate next steps

What YOU do

• Assessment Material– Submit materials as directed by your Coordinator. These include but are not limited to:
  • 2 Church/Pastoral References
  • Photocopy of your passport – copy of the picture and information page only
  • Download and submit:
    • Statement of Faith – Stating that you agree with OM's doctrinal statement
    • Release Form – To be signed, completed and notarized.
    • Financial Agreement Form – stating that you are responsible for the costs of your trip

What WE do

• Send Reference Forms to your references
• Review Submitted Forms that you send us

What YOU do

• Field Acceptance -Work with your Coordinator to be accepted to your shot term outreach
• Support Raising - Begin meeting with your church and individuals to establish the necessary prayer and financial support.
• Final Preparations: Passports, visas, immunizations, travel, etc – as directed by your Coordinator.

What WE do

• Determine Acceptance - with the destination country
• Receive and process support donations from your donors
• Release you to raise support and arrange travel to and from your destination country after all requirements are met.
