However, it is a great opportunity for people considering long term ministry among immigrants in Holmlia, giving good insight into the situation, the spiritual needs of the area and for a possible future ministry.In Holmlia, a residential area of Oslo, OM and a local church are planning a long term ministry among immigrants (from August 2019). This is the first of two prayer outreaches, preparing the ground.

Seeking God’s heart and pray for the residents of Holmlia, visit neighbourhoods and places people hang out, meet key people sharing about needs and challenges of the area, and be exposed to Christian ministries already happening.
Have faith in Jesus and the power of prayer, speak and understand the English language.
In the church (mattress on the floor) or in private homes.

Fly into Gardermoen airport in Oslo, Norway (OSL) or to Oslo Torp, before 3 pm on April 6. Take the train from OSL or Torp aiport to Oslo Holmlia (change in Oslo Sentral Station).
Depart from OSL or Torp after 7 pm, April 12.
When booking your flights, remember you will need to take the train to the airport. The train ride to Oslo Torp (TRF) is 2 hours; to Oslo Gardermoen is 1,5 hours.
