Human Resources Manager: Ecuador
Sending out missionaries is an exciting way to impact the world. We are wanting to send out dozens of Latin American missionaries into the mission field to reach the ends of the earth. If you have experience in human resources or personnel or an interest in learning, joined together with a deep passion to see people and churches expanding their view of missions this is a perfect opportunity for you.
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Commitment Length: 2-3 years (Full Time)
As Ecuador is still a small office it is likely and highly suggested that administrative workers also participate in the weekly local ministries.
- Knowledge of English required
- People oriented
- Administration and organizational skills
- Confidentiality to handle candidates personal information
- Familiar with computer programs such as Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Spanish preferred but not required (We provide spanish classes on the field)
- Love for Jesus and passion for the lost
