The colorful Central Asian countries are warm and welcoming, and it's easy to share your faith and talk about spiritual matters, especially over a cup of tea or coffee. Many are Muslim by heritage, but are not devout in their practice. In the far east, the rituals of faith are much more a part of daily life. Dress is more traditional, and gender roles more defined. But no matter what the national culture, Muslims across Asia are known for their kindness and hospitality.
