“Have you heard about Jesus?” asked the OM team member. The question provided an opening with the South Asian Muslim man he had stopped on the street. The two are continuing their conversation and have started studying the Bible together. The Muslim man began attending a Turkish/English fellowship where more of his questions were answered, and he heard a basic presentation on becoming a follower of Jesus.

At the end he said, “I am ready to become a follower; I am willing to make the necessary sacrifices.” At his baptism he shared, “My life is now in His hands and I want to commit my life completely to Him.” Pray for this new believer, and for his time in God’s Word. Pray he will be part of reaching his own community. Pray for more Muslims in the UK to follow Jesus.
