Business Entrepreneur

One of the barriers for more Arabs joining us has been the financial aspect. Business initiatives have the potential to help our field overcome this barrier. Business initiatives are a key part of our CP strategy. We are looking for business men and women who share our vision to join our field. We envision these team members living and running businesses in their home countries, but being fully part of our field. Profits from these businesses would provide long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements

Presently there are three primary tasks for this role:

1.  Establish business(es) to provide income generation to support Global South/Arab church planters.

2. Collaborate with our team involved with relief development to consider how to establish businesses or micro businesses, and/or training to add more of a development aspect to our relief work.

3.  Consult, coach, train, and assist our church planters who are involved in business.

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
