Requirements

- To have good biblical principles and to be a good example.
- To have good communication and training skills
- To organize curriculum, human resources and other resources as well.
- To have an open mind and flexibility
- To create pioneering ministry
- With a good level of experience in missions
- Passion for growing and enabling others
-Able to give sufficient time to fulfill the role as agreed to the team
-Able to understand and implement the complexities of OM policies and practices
-Able to network with people and churches
-Team player

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
