Team Members

Since our beginnings, we have been driven by a deep conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once. Sadly, there are still thousands of peoples and communities that have never heard about Jesus, ever. Do you share our passion for these people to hear of His fame and renown? Come. Join one of our teams and be amazed at how God is working in lives and communities around the world, and be amazed at how He works in your life, as well. We are looking for you, and many more like you, to join us on this journey to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least reached all over the world.

Requirements

At the moment we have about 40 workers in 5 different prefectures of Japan, and we would love to strengthen our teams with more members, and even look at launching more teams as God rise up more workers. There are still many unreached regions in Japan that we would love to target.
We want to strengthen our ministry teams with people who would love to get involved with street evangelism, discipleship groups, and church planting. People do not have to be experienced church planters before they arrive. During their first year of training, they will get plenty of opportunities to serve alongside experienced workers, learn from them, and receive training in those areas.

Preparing the ground

Do we still believe that God is the Lord of the harvest? If this is true, then we might look at Japan, and ask ourselves, “But where is the harvest?” Although there are small signs of increased interest in Christianity, it is still far from what we can call a great harvest! We can only trust that the Lord will bring in the harvest in His time. Our role is to be faithful labourers, preparing the ground and sowing the seed. The rest we have to leave in His hands.
