Year with MDT e³ - Missions Discipleship Training Eastern Europe Extreme

Do you desire to dedicate one year to God in cross cultural missions?  Begin the journey of developing the skills to disciple others, cross culturally with OM Romania from September. OM Romania will create a program for your first 5 months to compliment the training you will receive within the MDT e³ program. Spend the rest of your time in an intensive training program aimed at equipping you for a missional life which makes disciples of others, wherever God calls you.

Do you hunger for more of God and desire to be used and grow in your gifts, for His glory? At MDT e³ you will experience how God calls ordinary people to do extraordinary things as you step out in faith and grow in your relationship with the Lord and experience being His hands and feet to the nations. MDT e³ is a partnership between Moldova and Romania with training time spent in both countries. All instruction will be taught in English.

This time in the MDT e³ program will be incorporated into your year with OM Romania. Gain valuable early experiences of sharing the gospel as you go with the OM team into some of the unreached villages of Moldova. Widen your view of how God could use your individual talents as you spend time next to our diverse departments and ministries. Grow in your personal walk with Him as you engage in cross cultural living and an international team life.

Details of Ministry:
Spiritual Growth & Leadership: Grow in your relationship with God as you study, discuss and explore Biblical truths. Subjects studied will include: Identity in Christ, Nature and Character of God, Biblical Basis of Missions, Communicating your Faith and many more!

Mentoring & Discipleship: Experience how God calls ordinary people to do extraordinary things for His Kingdom. As part of an international team you will practice new languages, share your life and faith with others, learn the importance of discipleship and help others in their walk with Jesus.

Mission & Evangelism: Put into practice the cutting edge, innovative methods of sharing your faith through sports, puppets, drama, testimony, literature and practical service.
