fACTOR is a volunteer-mentoring programme developing future leaders, artists and thinkers through practical service at ZavCentre base, study and intentional discipleship. It runs in sections of three months with 3-12 participants per group.
The programme has been running since 2017 and is proving successful, but we need a co-leader to work with the current leader to take the project forward, and to lead the women’s side of the ministry.
Requirements: secure Christian, willing to influence and disciple others, a good communicator and organiser.
This job would include:
-Teaching sessions. Prepare bible studies with practical application. (Both ready-made material and self prepared studies)
-Engage personal discipling conversations with participants.
-Create and maintain a positive team culture.
-Plan cultural outings and evangelism outreaches.
-Coach our disciplers. Our disciplers are local volunteers that agree to spend intentional time with the participants as a friend/discipler.
-Participate in the practical work with the participants. (Cooking, cleaning, working in the practical side of our guesthouse)
-Mostly working with the female participants.
-Young at heart, wise in choices.
-Flexible adapter to different cultures and personalities.
-Secure Christian, not afraid to influence.
-Disciple that disciples disciples which can then disciple disciples to disciple.

Prayer Hub is a newer ministry that exists to help develop and nurture a culture of prayer in OM. The founders, Boyd and Ribka Williams, have made prayer their ministry.
Ride2Transform allows teams on two wheels to pedal far and wide, praying and sharing the love of Christ in least reached areas in Europe and Africa.
OM field leader Martin believes Belgium has a strategic part to play, with OM, in helping grow a church planting movement in Europe.
Twenty years ago, Martin Turner (UK) worked with OM Belgium for eight years, from 1988-96, with local churches and immigrants. After secular work in the UK, he and his wife, Meryem (NL), returned to Belgium a year ago. Martin is the new Field Leader for OM Belgium. Meryem is involved with immigrants. She is also planning to teach the LAMP2* method of language learning to the team members. AnneMarit Viljoen met them to ask them about their return to Belgium.
