Use your business skills to support the restoration of lives damaged by abuse and trafficking! OM Greece supports the work of two non-profit companies seeking to provide employment and training opportunities for women as they readjust to ‘normal’ life. One challenge is balancing the needs of a ministry to vulnerable people and the requirements of a business that should become sustainable and self supporting. People with knowledge and experience in business management and marketing are needed.
• Be fluent in English or Greek and willing to learn the other language
• Be able to work with people of different backgrounds, with different communication styles
• Have experience in managing a shop/company/online business
• Bookkeeping skills are a plus!
Currently the two businesses running are a sewing company producing bags and household articles, and a bookshop.
