Each day during the camp program, you will be singing different songs (if you are musically inclined, we invite you to play an instrument). You will either be an assistant group leader, participating in Bible lessons, assisting the games leader or the crafts leader and even take part in performing skits. During afternoons we have an opportunity to play soccer, volleyball, badminton, or other games with the children. It is also, quite often an opportunity to interact with the parents of the children. Many of our Ukrainian volunteers speak English as well, so you need not fear that you will not be able to communicate with the children.
Born again Christians with a heart for children and teens, able to handle the stress that the language barrier brings with it, a team player with a servant heart and a sense of humour. We love to have people with various talents - musical talent, artistic talent and athletic ability participate with us. Gender is not important for this ministry. You do not need to speak Russian or Ukrainian in order to participate in this ministry.
