The Doulos Hope is about to set sail on a new journey to bring knowledge, help and hope around the world!  Serve on board with an international crew of around 150 volunteers from many different countries.

We are looking for a qualified nurse to provide on board medical care and treatment for crew and guests under the direction of the ship’s physician.  Your skill set can be a critical part of the work that we do as seek to serve others.

What are the requirements (skills/competences) for this role?

  • You have previous work experience in a hospital or doctor office/clinical practice
  • You have studied/completed a degree and/or apprenticeship in nursing
  • You are willing to practice communication with crew, guests and doctors
  • Be part of the emergency duty
  • You are proactive, organized and work independently
