Do you want to use your skills in data analysis to help further God’s global mission? This role exists to support (by providing analytics and reporting) our OM teams in Personnel, Finance, Financial Development and Mobilizing.
* Proficiency in MS Power BI with prior experience and/or working knowledge in developing Power BI reports & dashboards. Alternatively, proficiency in Tableau or Qlik or equivalent, with willingness to learn Microsoft Power BI.
* Previous experience in data visualization (graphic representation of information & data) is preferred.
* Effective cross-functional collaboration of skills for user requirements gathering, analysis, and reports design.
* Preferably with IT/software background with prior experience with HR and/or Financial commercial applications.
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Proficiency in MS D365 HR or willingness to learn.
* Able to use appropriate software used in OM for communication, reporting & people support.
