Program Manager – Mobilization

To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, we want to see the mass mobilization of Jesus’ followers going to the least-reached parts of the world within the context of their marketable skills.  We’ve spent the last 5 years seeing incredible momentum build.  All around us churches, organizations, and networks are leaning in.  We’re in the middle of testing and piloting strategies for acceleration.  We believe the time is right to pull the big levers in our organization and execute. Many of the pieces are already in place, but there’s still a lot of work to be done to build the right systems, bring the right people together and rally the team around clear metrics.

This role will be a hinge pin to the success of the OM Mobilization and Scatter Teams. Carrying responsibility to manage multiple projects and relationships across the teams and the Mobilization Working Group.
