To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, this position will partner with the Global Generosity team’s Major Gifts Regional Development Directors by providing support with various phases of the Moves Management process including the donor journey from acquisition, cultivation, invitation, and stewardship.  Help carry out OM’s Christian mission, vision, and strategies.

  • To establish and manage a system for timely stewardship reports and year-round cultivation opportunities
  • Manage travel, logistics, and meeting details for donor vision trips
  • Lead and/or assist with event logistics for donor events in the US



  • Prompts and assists RDs in timely stewardship reports by partnering with GG Communications Director & Team.
  • Works with GG Communications Director to create and prompt RDS of year-round engagement stewardship strategies (stewardship calendar:  Birthday, Holiday cards/messaging, etc.)
  • Understand key performance metrics for Major Gift Regional Directors and assist with tracking, reporting, and light data analysis.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in all related systems at CRM (Virtuous), Xledger, Caleb, & SharePoint.
  • Provide Vision trips, events, and donor meeting support, including serving as the liaison between travelers and international fields, serving as liaison with donor hosts, and including both onsite and virtual facilitation.  Assist with preparation and planning, including budget planning.



Each team member is expected to participate in the team life activities of OM, including:

1. Team events that focus on prayer, fellowship, training and development

2. Task Forces or Working Groups that facilitate cross-department collaboration

3. Modeling the culture of OM USA

4. Expected to travel two – four times annually to the OM USA office and/or other locations for staff meetings or special events.



  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (8 years).  In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 3-5 years of work experience in sales/fundraising support working directly with sales/fundraising representatives, and utilizing various sales reporting tools (i.e., CRM) or related customer service support functions.


  • Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
  • This position may require some lifting up to 25lbs
