We provide career coaching to place Jesus followers into the global marketplace. Participants enroll in an 8-week cohort learning experience as they walk alongside others in finding international employment. Afterwards, OM will coach them to develop a customized job search plan specific to their industry and desired country.

Students can discover their role in a bigger story through international, US-based or virtual internships. Our internships help students experience how God has uniquely shaped them to live on purpose through their work. All internships offer earnings towards college credits with degree track options. Students can now take a first step into their occupation being a centerpiece in a life displaying Jesus.

OM’s remote work pilot program is an opportunity for digital nomads to live, work and serve globally. Located in 6 different nations, we use our global network to help a participant settle in one of these countries while still working with their US-based company. Any Jesus follower can work virtually overseas while also experiencing cross-cultural discipleship alongside local residents.

A short-term trip can be someone’s first step towards living where Jesus is not known. Our international trip options can be for just a week or up to 3 months in length. Buy a ticket, pack a bag, join a team, go. OM will coach a participant on their journey as they discover an experience that takes them outside their comfort zone and prepares them for a bold future as a global Jesus follower.

An OM ship is like a microcosm of the world – a place where people from every nation, with diverse skills and life experiences unite to serve God. Together we travel to the world’s most remote communities sharing knowledge, help and hope. A participant can join for 3 months or 1 to 2 years. Join our ships and be part of God’s plan to transform lives and communities with the good news of Jesus.

We are an international community of young Jesus followers. OM created TeenStreet to partner with churches to motivate, equip and walk alongside (Christian) teens to have a real relationship with Jesus and reflect Him daily in their world. We can organize for churches and schools short conferences for their youth groups. We also arrange international trips for teens to attend global TeenStreet events and outreaches.

Lasting 3 to 6 months in a global location, REACH allows participants to join a diverse international team to be equipped for global mission. This is a discipleship program grounded in essential biblical values. Students leave their normal life for a period and give full attention to experiencing a multi-cultural community, training them with foundational skills to engage the least reached.

We customize international trips for churches to experience cross-cultural communities situated in places where the name of Jesus is not known. Using a global network, we can bring groups of 10 people, plus pastors, for 2 weeks to be equipped in sharing their faith among those who have never heard.
